Salted Egg-Coated Crab

Never in a million years would I have thought of ordering this (coz I don’t eat salted egg) and so would anyone coz it’s not listed in the menu. Good thing my cousin knew about it. The crab was coated with a salted egg mixture, then deep-fried. The coating was the key to making the dish so delicious, which is a surprise. Price tag? 850 pesos. But that didn’t stop us from ordering another serving! Grand Emperor Seafood Palace is located in Victoria Plaza Compound, Davao City.
